ABOUT OCTANE RACEWAY

Octane Raceway opened in 2003, the first of its kind in Phoenix AZ, and is privately owned and operated by its founder/President, Scott Sanders and a small local investment group.

Octane is the largest indoor kart facility in America, featuring two 1/4 mile tracks in a massive 113,000 sq/ft facility.

We are open for business 363 days a year for public and corporate events. Some of the organizations we have hosted include: GoDaddy, Insight, Southwest Airlines, Honeywell, Intel, Sprint and the Oakland A's.

Our karts go up to 45MPH, and Octane Raceway has the longest track in Arizona : two quarter-mile long tracks, which are combined each week to create ½ Mile Mondays - for true racing enthusiasts!

Octane Raceway hosted the Indoor World Kart Championship three years in a row, followed by years in Belgium ('08) and Brazil ('09). The international competition returned to Octane Raceway in July 2010.

A sophisticated, world-class karting facility, Octane has become a Phoenix entertainment staple - a definite "must do" when visiting the Valley. We frequently welcome celebrity and professional racing guests. Stop by on the right night, maybe you'll bump into someone famous!

Our celebrity visitors include……
Nascar racers Rusty, Mike and Kenny Wallace, Kyle Busch, Carl Edwards, Clint Boyer, Casey Mears and Bobby Labonte; Indy 500 racers Arie Luyendyk, Adrian Fernandez and Buddy Rice - who raced at Octane's inaugural race.

Professional sports players include Kurt Warner, Larry Fitzgerald, Anquan Boldin and Matt Leinart; Hall of Famers Warren Moon and Steve Young. UFC star Brock Lesner.

Musical guests include Puddle of Mudd, 3 Doors Down, Toby Keith, Five Finger Death Punch and 2009 American Idol Tour Members.

We have been voted "Best Of Phoenix" by the New Times in Entertainment and Karting/Racing four times, and have earned the distinction of "Best Family Amusement" by Ranking Arizona several times.
